Stardates in Google Calendar
Checking my Google Calendar this morning, I found that Google had automatically added a new alendar; Stardates. Wonder if it has anything to do with the premiere of Star Trek here in Norway today?

This happened to me to. I have Us-Holidays and Phases of the Moon previously installed but not my co-workers and they didn’t get the Stardate Calendar
Did you have an event with the words “Star Trek” somewhere in your calendar?
Yes I have an event called Star Trek today
Me to, my boyfriend also uses google calendar and I thought he did it, but he knew nothing of it, and doesn’t have the stardate calendar. Just changed my password to make sure..
Same here – have holidays and moon phases – but I do have a event that the new movie opens today – wondre if that is what triggered the add?
Yes, I do have an event with the name “Star Trek premiere” in my calender, so that might be what triggered it
Raises hand. Same here.
This is so cool! What a nice little surprise to see Stardates on my Google calendar this morning.
Does anyone know how the Stardates are calculated? Today’s (May 8, 2009) is 01210.00. I didn’t think there were supposed to be two decimal places, but I could be wrong. And I’m not sure where the other numbers came from. Can anyone help?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stardate might give you some info.
